The Hollowdeck Writer’s Guild in Boulder, Colorado

The Hollowdeck Writer’s Guild in Boulder, Colorado is an active community of multi-genre writers and artists, some of whom are taking the first writing class of their lives, and some who have been working together for over ten years. The Guild exists to provide support for working writers in the Boulder/ Denver area. Classes are offered in three annual semesters; August to November, January to April, and June to July.

Most classes in the Boulder Guild are taught by Max Regan and they include Weekly workshops on Thursdays; Writing Labs; Salons; Monthly Writer’s Craft classes and Museum classes that are held in the Denver Art Museums. Weekly workshops are held at the Hollowdeck studio in Boulder. Please contact Max for driving directions. There is a 6-person maximum for all weekly classes.

All classes and workshops are open to writers of any ability or genre, although students who attended a weekly class in the preceding semester get first priority in registration. We are always welcoming new students into our community, but rosters fill quickly. If you would like to register or add your name to a waiting list for a weekly class, please let us know.

Tuition varies depending on the class. Payments can be made with cash or check made out to Hollowdeck Press LLC. We are not able to accept credit cards. Billing statements, gift certificates and receipts are available. We are committed to serving our students by creating no-interest, flexible payment plans. Students can arrange payment plans directly with Max. Sorry, classes cannot be pro-rated.
